Established in 2011, Home Life Solutions is a proud Leeds-based, family-run business led by a husband-and-wife team and supported by an experienced network of directly managed staff and carefully selected contractors.

Home Life Solutions specialises in the full suite of facilities management services for landlords, letting agents, student accommodation providers, rental properties, private homeowners, sports facilities, office buildings, warehouses and industrial environments. Our services cover everything from cleaning and maintenance through to full refurbishments and renovations, all delivered through a reliable single point of contact.
We coordinate trusted contractors, manage projects from start to finish and ensure every service is delivered to the highest standards. Because our staff and contractors are paid and managed directly by us, we maintain complete control over quality, communication and customer experience throughout every project.
In 2024 alone we successfully delivered large-scale student accommodation changeovers involving over 1,800 bed spaces, 1,200 bathrooms and more than 350 properties across Leeds.

Founding Partner and Director
With over 15 years of experience in facility management and property services, Aaron leads Home Life Solutions with a vision for excellence, efficiency and innovation. Having worked with some of the UK’s leading companies, he has cultivated a team that thrives on tackling diverse challenges across multiple sectors. Aaron’s hands-on approach and strategic insight ensure every project meets our rigorous quality standards and is delivered on time.
Melissa Emmanuel
Founding Partner and Director
Melissa has worked within the property sector since 2011. She studied engineering and has an MA in business. These disciplines have created a master negotiator and given Melissa a real eye for detail. Melissa takes great pride in ensuring everything she does is to the highest standard. Melissa always strives to deliver excellent service, and instils confidence in her clients with her personal and knowledgeable approach. She has a passion for renovating property and is in a unique position to both project manage and deliver creative input from start to finish.
Melissa loves spending time with her two boys, being out in nature and all things outdoors!
