Home Life Solutions started working for Unipol back in 2012 and fitted in to Unipol’s policy of employing, where possible, local contractors.

Melissa and Aaron run a local-based family business, Home Life Solutions worked for Unipol from 2013 to 2024 and were always reliable, both in terms of delivering on time and rising to the challenge of providing additional cleaning, often at short notice, particularly relating to off-street houses being handed back in poor condition and new purpose built buildings coming on line very tight to their occupancy date that needed a total post-builder’s clean across a couple of days. Oak House, a high spec development housing around 200 students, came on line in 2021 right up to the wire and needed a complete clean across 48 hours and “follow-up” cleaning after snagging works were undertaken in the first few days of occupancy.

Home Life Solutions were always able to respond to our needs and maintained a consistent price which was good value of money.

Unipol often operated “bookended” tenancies where tenants left on 30 June and new tenants arrived on 1 July, requiring fast in-depth cleaning in a very tight window. Of course, some students left early and their properties could be cleaned over a week or so, but this required Homelife to move quickly because what properties would become available was unpredictable. Homelife were also an important part of Unipol responding to the very demanding cleaning regime required over the Covid period 2020-2021.

This is a company that understands student housing and how important cleanliness is to the students and their parents as they move in and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other housing providers.
